The winner of the Excellence in Customer Service Award is judged both on their Feefo Service Rating, and the level of engagement with customers. That means only businesses that consistently go above and beyond to provide an amazing experience will be in with a chance of winning this prestigious accolade.

The nuts and bolts:
Using Feefo to generate your genuine customer ratings for this award is simple to do.
Your company will need to process a minimum of fifty orders per month in order to qualify for entry into this category. Companies who process in excess of this number will be judged on a sample of 100 responses.
From June, enter via the Awards Entry form, leaving details as requested.
The GWG will pass your contact information on to Feefo, where the team will get you started.
You will need to provide some basic company information and commit to providing genuine customer data. You will be able to use the platform very quickly, enabling you to hear from your customers and respond to their feedback. Feefo will use all data supplied solely to generate the ratings and reviews used to assess your Excellence in Customer Service.
In order to be considered for the Award, nominees will be required to achieve at least 100 responses throughout the competition’s duration; this will provide enough insight into the customer experience, in order to fairly recognise a winner.
Feedback will be collated up until a date to be confirmed.
