Feefo retain Best Online Customer Feedback Service award at the SOYAs

feefo_soya_logoFeefo is delighted to have retained the award for Best Online Customer Feedback Service at the 2016 Direct Commerce Magazine’s Supplier of the Year Awards (SOYAs).

It’s shaping up to be another stellar year for the UK’s no. 1 ratings and reviews platform. This award adds to four other nominations across a variety of sectors.

Now in its 14th year, The Supplier of the Year Awards recognise the best platforms in the world for direct commerce and retail.

It’s the second year running that Feefo have scooped this gong, and Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Mabbutt had this to say:

I am thrilled that Feefo has been acknowledged as the market leader in Online Customer Feedback at the SOYAs for the second year in a row. To have retained the title speaks volumes for the continued top-class development of our products and service.

With our latest update, that rolled out this September, we have made huge strides in the last 12 months. It is testament to the quality and hard of work of the Feefo team that we continue to be recognised for our dedication to providing the very best service and solutions.

The award was announced at the DCA President’s Supper at the prestigious Hampton Court Palace on Thursday 3rd November.
