The Customer Service Team Leader will be focused on providing team leadership to onsite and a satellite customer support team. The Customer Service team respond to inbound enquiries from over 2,500 customers either by phone or email. The support team are measured on customer retention, revenue expansion and company feedback scores on service delivery.
