Over the last 2 years we have achieved significant growth across Europe, as part of our continual success and expantion we have established an office in Boston and are looking for a strong leader to drive the business forward in the US market. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Vice President to join our office in Boston, this person will build and develop the team, while helping develop our go to market strategy, with the significant support, investment and backing from the company. The Sales VP will be responsible for managing budgets, team management, recruitment, increasing revenue, sales growth, profit, cost of sale and marketing. Responsible for developing plans and strategies to grow the business and achieving the company’s global sales goals.

Responsible for managing the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth. Defining optimal global sales force structure, working closely with the UK teams to develop this further. Defining sales processes that drive the desired outcome and identify improvements when required. Managing key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

We are looking for someone with a previous background in managing Sales Teams at a senior level ideally with some operational experience. You will have previous experience of managing your own budgets and setting targets and objectives for your teams. It would be highly desirable if you have come from a SaaS background or similar software/technology industry. You will be a self-starter who is looking for a challenge who has been driven by metrics/targets. It would be highly desirable if you have experience of working with an international business.
