Calling all Customer Service Crusaders!

Our small Customer Service team is looking for an enthusiastic member to join their growing team in Ludlow. You’ll be a naturally confident communicator, with the ability to investigate issues and think on your feet to deliver top-notch solutions. A newly created role, where you will be trained to use the Feefo Review Systems, you will be expected to engage with our Merchants to help them with day to day questions and issues. Feefo Customer Support look after nearly 2000 merchants, so it is important all our information is up to date and we have as much contact with our clients as possible and the ability to react quickly in the event of a problem. Our new Customer Service Team member will work with our CRM platform, updating records and also our Merchant Platform ensuring that our Merchants accounts are running smoothly.

Requirements

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Able to provide clear and effective training.

-Confident with numbers and reporting.

-Flexibility to work alternative week evenings and weekends and some Bank Holiday cover (you then have the following Friday off) This will require you to have excellent broadband connection at home.

-Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload.

-Competent with CRM systems – able to manage and update records with attention to detail and accuracy.

Tick all the boxes? Do you have:

-Previous experience in a Customer Service role?

-Previous experience with an Online Business

-Competence with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel?

-Experience working with CRM systems?

-Excellent time keeping and admin skills?

-A positive, collaborative and ‘can-do’ attitude?

-The right to work in the UK?
